Here we go: Brazil’s Congress will review a bill to create a Sovereign Strategic Bitcoin Reserve (RESBit). Proposed on November 25 by federal rep Eros Biondini, it suggests allocating $18B (5% of Brazil’s $335B reserves) to Bitcoin as a hedge against economic risks and volatility.
