Ilon Musk has secured the dismissal of a $258bn lawsuit regarding Dogecoin fraud.

The tech tycoon won a court case concerning allegations of insider trading and cryptocurrency manipulation.

The court dismissed the lawsuit, the authors of which considered Ilon Musk and Tesla to be involved in the Pump and Dump scheme with the Dogecoin memcoin.

Initially, the plaintiffs demanded $258bn in damages from the entrepreneur and the company.
